Adjusting the Appearance
As was mentioned in a previous module, building a website has some differences, limitations as compared to desktop publishing. You may, at different times, have a vision for how you might want the page to look, and may find it challenging to set your design in the layout you are envisioning. This is not a lack of skill on your part, it is sometimes the reality of web design.
That said, at any point in time, you can change the theme of the website (on the right side of the sites screen, under the “themes” tab, and sites will change the appearance of all the pages in your website. One caveat, if you have put custom banners on your site, those banners will remain as the changed version. In other words, if you change the site’s theme, the custom banners you have uploaded will not be reset, they will remain.
