This site will take you through the professional learning needed to springboard your pedagogy into the mindset of the Concept-based curriculum.
Within the Foundations modules, you will explore the big picture of the new curriculum: focusing on the Shift from a KSA paradigm to a Concept-Based paradigm, defining a concept, exploring the curriculum’s architecture and structure and applying these understandings when identifying concepts using a science example. The assessment modules will provide an opportunity to explore concept-based assessment.
